Description

Hillsbrad's council hasn't answered our new magistrate's letters. The last word I pried out of a passing merchant from the town did little to justify their silence.

We're only asking for a small platoon--yet I'm told multiple siege ballista rest in pristine condition within a walled-off compound.

Walk into their town hall like a citizen returning a census request, and place this neatly upon the bookkeeping table.
