Description

Fillion was sent to the Overlook Standing Stones with a special device used to measure and study the elemental energy there.

Take this--an Index Esoteria--and use it to extract data from the massive windstone formations that form there. Be on your guard however, as the Windshapers are likely to be jealously guarding this site now.

Should any attempt to obstruct you, well... do what you need to do. I have no more patience for their interference.
