Description
The breach has affected many of our factotums and enchantments throughout the city, including many that are seeing to our defenses. This fragmented arcane energy has spoken to rogue elementals who seek to saturate themselves in this free flowing magic.
While we are busy tending to the wards and other major incidents, it would be a favor to the Kirin Tor if you could cull this elemental throng.
